The Honourable Minister of Education's Representative
Marshall McGowan Hall, CD, OJ, PhD, was the Group Managing Director of the Jamaica Producers Group from 1979 until his retirement in June 2007. He was formerly Executive Chairman of Jamaica Public Service Company and a Professor at the University of the West Indies and Washington University.
Professor Hall has also served on the boards of a number of public and private sector bodies. In addition to J-TEC, he currently serves on the Council of the University of the West Indies, and the Boards of the Police Service Commission, Police Civilian Oversight Authority, and the Caribbean Policy Research Institute (CaPRI).
Professor Hall was inducted into the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica Hall of Fame in October 2005.
